You can also admire one of the most beautiful views of the Amalfi Coast, located on the site of an ancient Amalfi castle.

You will be welcomed in an authentic farmhouse, overlooking the upper part of the Amalfi Coast. This farmhouse enjoys a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast. This farm has been run for centuries by one of the oldest dynasties in the country, the Acampora family. This farm was also a place of inspiration for the famous poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while resting in this heavenly place wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola". During the experience the chef will teach you how to prepare a tiramisu from scratch, using the famous recipe of Nonna Maria! After preparing Tiramisu, you will relax tasting our homemade wine. Next we will prepare the fantastic mozzarella, coming from the milk of our cow, raised and cared for on the farm. You will also learn how to milk a cow by hand and follow local methods. Next we will prepare delicious tagliatelle, having fun together. Finally, you will taste all the organic products and taste the true taste of Italian food! If you have food restrictions, you must notify at the time of booking.

Tagliatelle with vegetables and cherry tomatoes

Handmade tagliatelle topped with a sauce of eggplant, zucchini and fresh cherry tomatoes.

Tiramisu

Dessert consisting of two layers of ladyfingers soaked in coffee, and cream covered with cocoa.

Perfect gift and fantastic experience

I gave this experience to my boyfriend and it was spectacular! With Giovanni and his fantastic team we milked the cow, prepared and ate mozzarella, fresh pasta, and tiramisu: we had a lot of fun. After eating, they took us to a terrace with a breathtaking view. Unique hospitality, highly recommended to everyone!

A great afternoon with tasty food, friendly staff and lessons to take home

We booked for the group class at quite short notice and they were nothing but accommodating, even though they had no other people booked in for the day, which was great of them. We booked for the English speaking class, and our host spoke great English and was a lot of fun, giving lots of local history lessons along the way. Amazing Italian Cooking Class

Amazing cooking class. Not far from Almafi with a quick bus ride. Valentino was an incredible teacher and very welcoming. We are so glad we booked the cow milking experience! Definitely recommend as an experience in Italy.
