After the meet & greet session, a short local market tour can be arrange depending on the weather of the day and also market cleaning schedule for the month. You will get to experience how locals grab their fresh local produce from the local market, choosing their greens from the groceries store to meat from the butchers shop and fresh seafood from the fish mongers. Thereafter you will head back to our venue for cooking session, whereby you will get one to one hands-on guidance and experience on how to prepare and cook local delicacies with different spices.
