Robin is a wonderful person and an excellent teacher. He was very patient while explaining how to cook each dish. We prepared four dishes together, and at the end he even shared an extra tip, which was a really nice touch. I truly recommend him 100%. On top of that, learning from a local makes the experience even more special and enjoyable.

I did an online video cooking lesson of 3 hours with Robin from Lebanon. It was easy to follow and great fun. I have experience with middle Eastern food, but the session helped me improve some more technical items, like how to shape kibbeh successfully. Robin communicated well in the days before the session, allowing us to choose which 3 dishes to prepare, and helping us with the ingredients (we are located in the Netherlands).

Robin is a superstar teacher who is funny and knowledgeable. There is an impressive choice of recipes to choose from in this class, all packed with flavour. I enjoyed learning new techniques and spice combinations. I was able to cook a 3 course meal with Robin's coaching. I definitely recommend this class!

On Christmas Day I decided to offer the family a Virtual Lebanese cooking experience. After researching my options I ended up on booking a virtual class with Raymond. What a success, Raymond is awesome, Flexible, organized made our time enjoyable and within a time frame of 3hours we were able to achieve an entrée, main dish, Desert and drink all super delicious. I will recommend everyone to support Lebanon and to schedule an unforgettable cooking experience with Raymond.
