Make your own traditional Moroccan tajine with fresh, organic ingredients and spices, in the warm, relaxed atmosphere of a real Moroccan farmhouse. You'll feel right at home, enjoy a delicious homemade meal, and deepen your appreciation for Moroccan cuisine and its traditions.

In this hands-on, interactive cooking class, your local host will give you their full, personal attention and teach you techniques you can easily recreate at home for family and friends.

All ingredients are fresh, wholesome, and sourced daily from local producers. If you're vegetarian or have any dietary needs, just let us know at the time of booking — we'll take great care of you.

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel, and you'll head to the western part of Marrakech, where your interactive Moroccan Tajine cooking experience will take place. Your local host will provide you with an overview of your cooking class, and how to make the most of it. Please note that this is a hands-on interactive experience, and not just a demonstrative class. Then, you'll immerse yourself in the Moroccan cuisine, an intimate space full of flavors, spices, aromas.. have fun learning about the different ingredients, and start preparing your Moroccan tajine. You'll also make your own Moroccan fresh salad, and learn how to make the world-famous Moroccan mint tea.. Full process explained! Finally, when your meal is ready, you'll get to enjoy your slowly-cooked homemade lunch with your host in a nice mindful atmosphere, and savor the rich flavors YOU have put together.
