Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle. Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine. Then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle. Everyone will participate in making a large batch of Puttanesca sauce from scratch. Your Chef Instructor will also demonstrate how to enjoy your pasta with something as simple as garlic and olive oil for those looking for a lighter dressing.
