Great coffee course.

What a fantastic experience! Amed is so passionate about coffee and Turkish culture. The course was informative, engaging and hands on, so you get to make and drink your traditional coffee, with the spices and local sweets. The pistacchio coffee was also delicious. And I came away with a beautiful cup and saucer.

Traditional Turkish Coffee Making on Sand

Excellent tutor, who spoke good English. Told interesting stories of the history of coffee making, as well as giving clear instructions regarding the process of Traditional Turkish Coffee on Sand making. At the conclusion, you drink the coffee you prepare together with some delicious Turkish Delight. Also included in the price was a pottery expresso cup & saucer to take home. A truly lovely experience

A splendid way to pass an hour, and enjoy a coffee

Interesting and educational experience by a passionate coffee lover. I did not appreciate the rituals associated with Turkish coffee. I enjoyed blending our own mix of beans, and learning of the additives such as cardamom and cinnamon.
