The cooking venue is in our resort area.

Balinese cooking experience takes the place at The Kumbuh Restaurant and start at 11.00 a.m. with the lunch or start at 05.00 p.m. with the dinner arrangement.

It takes approximately for one and half hours activity, our Chef will share his secret dish recipes, and this is followed by your memorable lunch or dinner at our open lounge deck. Take home our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills.

STARTER

Siap Sambal Matah or Tuna Sambal Matah

Pan seared marinated chicken breast or tuna fish with coriander seed. Top with sambal matah, and dice cucumber and tomato.

MAIN

Sate Lilit

Minced chicken/tuna fish fillet mixed with Balinese paste, grated coconut, wrap it around the bamboo served with steamed rice.

DESSERT

Pisang Rai

Boiled banana with flour dough and served with palm sugar syrup and grated coconut.

DESSERT

Turmeric Herbal Drink

An Indonesian herbal drink made of turmeric, tamarind and sugar.

Be aware that despite being able to book on the same day, the cooking school can only accomodate this if it is 24 hours ahead (booked). We had no communication at all, despite me calling twice and ...daha fazla oku
