A fantastic experience in the heart of the Food Valley, the perfect place to visit to discover the history and ancient tradition of an exceptional product: the famous "Black Gold" of Modena. Our driver will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to a traditional vinegar factory, where you will enjoy a guided tour through the various stages of vinegar production. At the end of the tour you will taste the real and traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in different stages of aging.

Great personalized tour

Amazing tour. We were picked up on time from our hotel in Bologna and taking to Modena. We were the only 2 on the tour, which was nice. The young women that lead the tour was able to answer all our questions and did a great job explaining the process. At the end, we were able to sample 5 different products. I'd definitely recommend.

Excellent and informative.

Really fascinating tour! I had no idea of the process of making real balsamic - or how much time it takes. Excellent guide who spoke perfect English and was so knowledgeable and interesting. The tasting was a great bonus! Highly recommend this trip.

Great time!

Picked up in a car for private drive to Modena which was great. We had a private tour and tasting and it was amazing! I learned a lot about how balsamic is made and the qualities.
