Learn how and why we created 27 unique tastes, using 27 different Barrels, all with various techniques.
Enjoy the process of sampling to narrow your search for your favorite cask strength barrels. Experience pumping your rhum from its barrel, filling and labeling your own bottles, and signing the barrel where it aged.
