The activity starts with a short explanation about the region and the history of the estate. Next, starts a guided tour to the vineyards in order to watch the differences between each grape variety. Then, inside the winery, we will explain the whole winemaking process (grapes' reception, presses and foot treading tanks, fermentation vats, bottling and labelling area) as well as give the travelers the opportunity to taste a wine directly from the barrel. Afterwards, there is a tasting of already bottled Reserva wine (wine that ages inside the French oak barrels) as well as 2 more premium wines paired with a gourmet board.
Children can also participate in this activity by joining the adults on the guided tour and tasting 3 juices with some cookies at the end.
Before travelers leave, they can visit the wine shop where they can find wines, regional products and wine accessories.
