We had such a wonderful experience at Blue Valley Chocolate! We booked a private family chocolate-making activity, and it was truly a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Federica was incredible - very knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. She made the experience both educational and fun, and our sons absolutely loved learning about cacao and making chocolate from scratch. We booked the chocolate workshop of Beans to Bars. We really liked the workshop. We learned a lot and all our questions were answered by Frederika. She made a very competent impression on us. We tried different types of chocolate and made chocolate ourselves that we could take with us. We were a group of 4 people. The workshop lasted 2-3 hours. We can highly recommend him.
