The meeting point will be in the letters of Merida, located in the Plaza Grande, where our team will wait 10 minutes to start the tour.

From here we start our tour enjoying some traditional refreshing drinks and we will try our first dish of the day : delicious fatties, you can choose the flavor and filling that you like!

Our second stop will be the colorful San Benito Market, a true gem of Mexican gastronomy. Here we will try salbutes, delicious fried tortillas, soft inside and crispy outside, filled with meat, lettuce, tomato and onions, a classic Yucatan that you can not miss!

Then we will try a dish so traditional that it has a Mayan name: poc chuc. This is pork marinated in sour orange juice and spices, grilled.

Our next stop will be to taste some local fruit, visit some typical stands and explain more about the products and customs of the region

We will continue to Lucas de Galvez market, where we will have the opportunity to taste the authentic cochinita pibil, a classic of Yucatecan cuisine.

For our last stop, we will taste tacos al pastor, a representative dish of Mexican cuisine. While not native to the region, their taste and popularity have made them a must-see classic
