Daniele was very knowledgeable, of course! And lots of fun! We made two meals from very basic ingredients. My husband and I are both well-versed in the kitchen, but we definitely picked up some tips. This is my second cooking class in Italy and much different from the first. I would’ve liked to have received a full recipe of everything that we made. Great class! We had fun learning from the Chef. Tortellini was delicious and easy to make. Bolenese sauce was thick and flavorful. Wonderful hands on experience.

It’s a fun and truly learning class, after this, we will never go back to buying tortellini, pasta and ragú! It was the most delicious version we’ve ever had. We were treated like friends and the place was very clean and nice for the class! We highly recommend it.
