The historic Farsons brewery in Birkirkara has been transformed into The Brewhouse, a vibrant hub blending history with modern experiences. Visitors can explore its beautifully restored spaces, each telling a unique story of Malta’s brewing heritage. From malt stores to copper tanks, every corner holds history.
A self-guided tour unveils the brewery’s fascinating past and the vision of three entrepreneurial families who shaped the industry. Through interactive displays and preserved artefacts, guests can immerse themselves in the brewing process that has stood the test of time.
Visitors can enjoy freshly brewed beers at The Cisk Tap rooftop bar, offering stunning views of the Maltese skyline. Afterward, they can browse the Farsons Brandstore for souvenirs or savour food and drinks at The Brewhouse eateries (food not included).

- Children under the age of 12 years enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult. No drink is included for children under the age of 12 years.
- The self-guided tour and beer sampling take around 1½ hours, but you can stay as long as you want at the Brewhouse Complex.
- Upon arrival at The Brewhouse, please proceed to the reception desk, where the staff will guide you accordingly.
- You can use your entry ticket on the day you have booked at any hour between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (last entry).
- The Brewery Experience is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; the last entry is at 5:00 PM.
- The Brewery Experience is closed on Christmas Day (25th of December) and New Year's Day (1st of January).
