Loved the wine and cheese tasting at Cael's. It was wonderful to be educated about Cael's journey to become one of the 5 star wineries at Lower Hunter Valley. Highly recommended.

Chris and his wife were a pleasure to meet. The wines and cheese plate are perfectly paired. To avoid the crowds go early-the 10am slot gave us the place to ourselves.
