We will visit one of the most important dairies in the Cagliari area, recognized for the quality and variety of its products, which have allowed it to receive several awards and recognitions at national and international competitions. I will tell you the story of the founder of the dairy and his innovative ideas. We will see all the production phases of some of the most famous cheeses, we will understand how from milk you get delicious products. We will visit all the large production halls including the warehouse, where thousands of cheese forms are stored. To carry out the tour you will be equipped with special protective material to ensure compliance with sanitary standards (coats, shoe covers, cap and mask). Once the tour is over we can relax in the large and airy tasting room where we can taste different types of cheese combined with a great glass of wine (it's up to you to choose between a white or a red).
