After the cooking session, the experience continues with a guided tasting of exceptional local wines. As you sip a curated selection from our region, we’ll share the history, passion, and unique heritage behind the winemaking process. Finally, we will sit down together to savor the dishes you created, perfectly paired with exquisite wines. It’s more than a class—it’s an unforgettable day of great food, fine wine, and shared memories in the heart of Italy. We will take a nice walk around Giove with its medieval castle and historic village.

Lovely evening learning about olive oil manufacturing

What a unique experience to spend the evening learning about and cooking in what is essentially an olive oil mill museum! We learned about olive oil processing and production as well as making spinach and ricotta ravioli, bruschetta and a form of biscotti. Our tour group was just 4 people and everyone was lovely. We had a really enjoyable evening. More geared towards beginner pasta and cooks in general, but still a wonderful evening and experience.

So so much fun with Alice & Alex!

We had so so so much fun with Alice, Alex & Bella for the cooking class! From picking us up to dropping us off, we laughed the entire time - they were an absolute joy to be around, we made pasta and ate outside with gorgeous views and there were so many different wines and food for us to taste, it didn’t even really feel like a tourist experience, it just felt like we were hanging out with some friends! Best day with the best hosts!

We had such an amazing day with Alex and Alice in their gorgeous Southern Umbrian farm home! They are the ultimate hosts and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable, relaxed, having a good time, well fed, well informed, and that our wine glasses were never empty during our pasta making and wine tasting experience! Umbria weekend

Excellent company, wonderful passages a few steps from the eternal city We spent a great time in the company of Alex who shared his knowledge of the area and wine with us. We understood that for him, being a Sommelier is not just a profession but also a PASSION. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all those who want to spend a few days out of town, experiment and learn new things about the Bachus drink.
