The tour is in English but depending on days our guides can help and speak french, italian, portuguese and spanish. If you privatise the tour and arrange it in advance we can attribute to you a portuguese or italian or spanish or french speaking guide.
Tour starts in front of the Reims Cathedral, left side gate at 9:30am. We can meet you as well at the Reims train station at 9:15am if you arrive from Paris, but let us know in advance to arrange pick-up. On some days, we have tours departing from Paris. Please send us a message asap if you prefer to book that option, seats are limited.
Tour finishes around 5pm in Epernay Avenue de Champagne so you can follow your journey in the most famous Champagne bars as Moët & Chandon, Perrier & Jouet.. . Train station is just 150meters away where you can go back easily to Reims (every 30min during week day and 3€ pp if you book it in advance, 5:32pm train for exemple). Or go back to Paris direct from Epernay (every hour on week days, 5:29pm train for exemple).
If you book the private option hotel pick-up and drop-off are included around Reims, Epernay,. Please contact us in advance to arrange the pick-up
During the break time for lunch, we book already a restaurant for you according to the logistic of the tour as we change everyday the wineries we visit. Restaurants adapt to diet restrictions.
The van can fit a stroller or a compact wheelchair, please let us know in advance at time of booking so we will book no stairs wineries. We have as well infant seats available but limited, please let us know in advance age of children.
Minimum legal drinking age is 18 years old.

9:30am Meeting in Reims, first most important city for Champagne and visit the famous Cathedral where kings coronations were held If you take the 8:28am train from Paris, we can meet you at the Reims train station at 9:15am, just let us know the day before to organize the pick up. Let's take the road along the touristic road of Champagne - Vineyard sightseeing of the best grape growing areas of Champagne Your guide who can be a Wine Expert and/or professional and experimented guide will explain everything about the Champagne region, history and the making process of the famous Champagne wine. - Visit and tastings at the first Winery. We change everyday the wineries we visit so it can be a Champagne House or a very premium Boutique establishment with premium tastings. You will taste at least 6 excellent, premium and different Champagne during the whole day. Our head Sommelier, Wine expert and Wine Educator Luiz B., created the tours and select the best wineries. He writes for 2 Champagne guide books and have access to exceptional wineries.

Lunch break in the famous village of Hautvillers, birthplace of Champagne and where used to leave Dom Perignon. Lunch is not including but we will already book a table for you in a lovely french restaurant with qualitative food, great Champagne selection and very good price (budget from 35euros p/p). Restaurants adapt easily to all food restrictions. As we change everyday the wineries we visit, restaurant can be in another village according to logistic but always a good adress.

Moët et Chandon

We finish the tour in front of the Moët & Chandon boutique. Go on by yourself and explore more Champagne Houses and bars in the Unesco Avenue. Epernay train station is 150meters behind and take the regional train to go back to Reims (every 30min on week days) or Paris (every hour on week days). If you choose the private option and privatise the tour, we take you back at your hotel.

Best tour out of Paris/Reimes

- [ ] Best tour ever! We had an amazing champagne tour with Luiz. Wow! He is not only knowledgeable about wine, he took us to hidden gem wineries that were so friendly and fun. He also took time to show us the most beautiful sights in Reimes and breath taking countryside vineyards in Epernay. - [ ] - [ ] Luiz and Caroline were quick to respond online before we arrived with our questions.
