Discover the world of Champagne through tastings, vineyards, and iconic estates on a day trip, with a wine expert guide. Your day starts with pickup from your hotel in central Paris. Enjoy a comfortable drive with a fresh croissant as your guide introduces the Champagne region, its history, and traditions. Begin with a guided visit to a major Champagne house such as Mumm, Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon, Pommery or Nicolas Feuillatte. Explore the cellars, learn about the production process, and enjoy your first tasting. Continue through the vineyards, stopping among the vines for a guided tasting while learning about terroir and winemaking techniques. Lunch is served at a family-run Champagne house or a local restaurant, paired with different styles of Champagne. In the afternoon, visit a smaller estate, such as a family owned vineyard or a coopérative, to discover another expression of Champagne, followed by a final tasting. Return to the center of Paris in the late afternoon.

This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. However, if you use a foldable wheelchair and have some level of mobility, please don't hesitate to contact us directly and we will do our best to arrange a tour that suits your needs.
Caves and wine cellars are usually quite cold and damp (45°F/10°C), so please remember to bring warm clothes.
The visited wineries may vary depending on availability and can be changed based on your preferences and requests, please contact us to arrange any special visits (special visits may affect prices).
Wine Passport reserves the right to cancel tours where the minimum (4 travelers) is not reached; an alternative or full refund will be offered.
Please let us know if you are joining our Winedays tour with others who booked separately, so we can make sure you are all grouped together.
Tours in Spanish and French are subject to availability: not all wineries or guides offer these languages.
Your pickup time will be confirmed by email 24 hours prior to your departure, so please check your spam if you don't see it after 5pm

Champagne tasting

Tour guide was excellent! Really enjoyed the Tour! Vans should be better quality and bigger. Not very comfortable in the front especially and my husband and I are not big people.

Great driver. Nice drive to Reims. All champagne tasting were to notch. Would have liked to spend a little more tons at each place, u understand the time restraints.

Reims, Monthelon & Passy-Grigny champagne tour

From pick up to drop off it was a wonderful day. Our guide for the day was Tommy and he was just superb. Our first visit was to Mumm which was very interesting to hear about all the history and the amount of kilometres of chalk caves under Reims holding all the champagne bottles. Next we were taken to look at vineyards and sample a lovely Don Caudron rose after which we moved on to our 2nd visit at Julien Chopin where we shared a delicious lunch along with tasting 3 different champagnes of this ...daha fazla oku

Fantastic

Pick-up is at the hotel and drop-off is at a central location. The driver was of French origin and did not seem to want to speak to us in French.

Wonderful adventure

Went with a small group of eight people and our guide, Joel. Joel was terrific. Had a wonderful day and made new friends. Everyone seemed to be having a blast and, although tired at the end of the day, we also seemed to be sorry our adventure was over. I will consider doing this again next trip to Paris. Oh yeah, the champagne and food were also good 😊
