We tried chocolate tea, learned how to distinguish real and fake chocolate and made our own chocolate drinks and chocolate pralines. Even though we were only with the two of us, Josue did the workshop for us. And everything smells soo good! Can definitely recommend!

I have been to chocolate workshops in Mexico and Costa Rica, but this class in Arequipa, Peru was by far the most interesting and fun. Andres is an outstanding instructor. He is super knowledgeable, an engaging presenter, and made sure we were enjoying the workshop. Our whole family loves chocolate and we learned all about what makes chocolate “real or fake” and each member of our family was able to craft their own custom chocolates with high quality ingredients.
