We will take you on a visit to a Chianina breeding farm, where you will closely observe the beauty, the meekness and the grandeur of this magnificent animal with a white mantle. You will discover the history of the Chianina breed and its deep connection with this territory. Today, their meat is considered one of the best in the world. After visiting the farm, you will taste the PGI Chianina meat with a tasting-lunch. The tasting lunch includes salami platter, pasta with Chianina meat sauce, Tagliata di Chianina with rosemary and seasonal vegetables, dessert, water, wine, coffee (Florentine T-bone steak available by request).
