Whether it's a bit of baileys, biscoff or mint, pick the flavour that you think makes your kind of truffle. Bring your own booze and favourite soft drinks welcome throughout the class and there's plenty of time to gobble up all your chocolates at the end (takeaway box provided for those with the greatest self-restraint).
