The tour begins in Guatila, a restaurant located in Bocagrande, where its chef and owner Claudia Ealo (who has dedicated her life to the study and teaching of Colombian gastronomy and its flavors hidden in the immense territory) will be waiting. In this entertaining and interactive class we will learn the origin of each dish, and start by preparing as a starter a typical dish from the Colombian Caribbean region called "Cabeza e gato con chicharrón".
