Our Chef will pick up and welcome you at our meeting point. During this unique experience, you will learn how to cook some of the most popular and delicious dishes in Vietnamese cuisine: Phở or Vietnamese Pancake (bánh xèo) or Spring rolls/ Summer Rolls. Local chef will guide you through the cooking process using the freshest local ingredients. Our lead chef provides you with all the necessary ingredients and instruction to create a full course of classic Vietnamese dishes. The class concludes with a convivial meal, where you sit down and are allowed time to enjoy your culinary creations Our classes seek to introduce more than just the mechanics of Vietnamese cooking. We strive to give each guest a glimpse into Vietnamese culture and how families across our coastal country live.
