Highlights Learn the art of Culugiones together with our cook Location : inner courtyard of a traditional Sardinian house Aperitif and dinner based on typical products of the area Suitable for families Today we take you to the heart of Barisardo, a small village in Ogliastra on the east coast where you can breathe the real Sardinia. Aprons and sleeves up! Directly in the inner courtyard of an ancient house typical Sardinian, together with our cook friend and the hostess, we will get our hands dirty kneading and learning the art of Culurgiones (typical dumplings of the area). During processing we will delight our palate with an aperitif based on Sardinian products and then all at the table to taste the freshly prepared dishes. Enjoy your meal! (vegetarian menu available) A unique experience, ideal for both adults and children.

- Appointment at La Corte del Carrubo, at h18.30 - Welcome and tour of the traditional Sardinian house - Brief introduction to Sardinian cuisine - We put on the aprons and begin to knead and learn the art of culurgiones together with our cook friend and the home owner - Aperitif and finally all around the table to taste the freshly prepared dishes and other typical products of the area (vegetarian menu available)

Memorable Experience - Very Worth It!

We had such a lovely time with Federica as and her family. They were soooo hospitable! And we made some great pasta and had a lot of fun. Truly one of the best experiences of our trip! Do it!!

Kochkurs auf Sardinien

È stata una serata davvero meravigliosa. Abbiamo preparato tantissime cose deliziose e, in seguito, in un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare, abbiamo potuto assaggiare e gustare tutto. Il corso di cucina è stato un grande arricchimento per noi e lo rifaremmo sicuramente. Semplicemente fantastico.
