Our cooking experience with Sofian and his wonderful family was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Fez! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. A truly magical experience in the heart of Morocco! The kitchen was filled with the most amazing aromas of ginger, turmeric, and preserved lemons. Our teacher was so patient, showing us exactly how to balance sweet and savory flavors in a Lamb and Prune Tagine. We ended the day eating our creation with fresh bread, and it was the best meal of my trip!👍
