We had a great time, picking our favourite dishes from the menu, preparing them and then eating them! It was interesting to see and use all of the fresh ingredients and have definitely picked up some tips. Essentially this includes a large 3 course meal - recommended
Had an amazing time at my cooking class with Sopheap, I was the only participant, so essentially got a 1on1 with a chef which was awesome. She taught me how to make Mango Salad, Curry Chicken and Pumpkin Custard. Even making some carrot flowers (I was awful at this) Sopheap was knowledgeable, fun, Charming and a great host. Would highly recommend for a fun and engaging evening, learning some skills along the way
Merci !
Amazing cooking class with a wonderful host. The whole experience was great and the food even better! A glass of Chardonnay paired perfectly with my choice of menu
