Enjoy a real italian family kitchen on the terrace with a breathtaking view of Sorrento Peninsula.
We will start our class picking your eggplants and the basil from the plants.
Here we will stroll by and linger at the garden, the olive grove, where we will then proceed to the kitchen where you will prepare two authentic Italian dishes by hand: Potatoes Gnocchi and Eggplant Parmesan. Your class will culminate with a tasting party of your creations! As a complimentary enhancement to your experience, the family will serve a local wine, home-made limoncello and traditional tiramisù.
