If you are looking for a cooking class in a real Italian home—rather than a restaurant or other commercial venue—come to my place. I accept only small groups; you will work in my home, using my tools and space, and get an insider’s look at a traditional Italian household. You will eat the same food we Italians do, in a lovely, friendly, and family-like atmosphere.

This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking school or an B&B. You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine andravioli with spinch and ricotta filling.; we'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic chili and basil for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine. At the end a dessert. Kneading, cooking and eating in a very family atmosphere.

Traditional Italian cooking class, in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere

We had an amazing cooking class with Anna. Traditional Italian cooking in a friendly atmosphere and welcoming home, with beautiful 360 views of Verona. An unforgettable experience! The food was delicious and also the wine. Thank you so much Anna - we will be back!

Truly authentic experience in a beautiful home

Truly an authentic experience. Anna speaks both German and English, and really makes you feel like family. This is something that cannot be recreated in a commercial kitchen, she will tell you exactly how it's supposed to be done, and is very generous. There will be a lot of food, and wine, and when you leave it will feel like you have just visited your own relative.

It was a lot of fun, Anna explained everything in a very good German and with the other guests we had a very good harmonious troupe. Very delicious the food, good experience, anytime again.
