Set in the rolling hills of Volterra, among the breathtaking views of untouched nature, our cooking classes teach you to prepare traditional fresh pasta, the symbol of Italian kitchen!

At the end of the course all participants will eat the dishes that they have prepared

All the tools and ingredients to complete the dish and an apron

Nestled among the gentle hills of Volterra, surrounded by breathtaking views of unspoiled nature, our cooking classes teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Our fresh pasta course will guide you through the preparation of three traditional pasta shapes: a stuffed pasta and two types of egg pasta. Afterwards, the pasta you have made during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional sauces. Lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine. During the course, which is conducted in both Italian and English, you can participate in the preparation of the dishes and interact with our chefs, who will share anecdotes and curiosities about traditional Tuscan cuisine. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed to your workstation, where you will find your apron and all the ingredients for preparing the dish. In the cheerful and festive atmosphere of a typical Tuscan family lunch, you will discover the secrets of our grandmothers. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when making your reservation.

A clear recommendation

We took a pasta course in May 2026 and can only highly recommend it. Our wonderful chef Ilenia showed us everything we need to know from start to finish. The result was impressive and tasted delicious. The course includes not only making the pasta but also enjoying it in the beautiful surroundings. Best cooking class in Tuscany, at a very reasonable price.

The cooking class was amazing and the staff were very attentive to everyone's needs in the group. I will say it was one of the best experiences my wife and I had in Tuscany. Thank you, Ilenis, Rita and Lucia for providing us with a great memory while visiting Italy.

Family fun learning to make pasta

All 16 of us including 2 young children took part in a pasta making course. We learned to make 3 types of pasta; ravioli, tagliatelle and maltagliati. It was great fun, and we managed to create enough for our evening meal. Our teacher was humerous & so very patient. I think the children made the best pasta but we will all go home and practise.
