Always ready for yet another question and so educative in his approach. It was a privilege to be able to learn from him. His contacts, knowledge of the best food and produce in the region and sampling some truly memorable wines are reasons why you cannot go better than a day with Olivier.
We usually plan our own trips down to the last detail, so booking a private wine tour wasn't something we'd normally do — but this was absolutely worth it. Olivier brought us to picturesque local spots we never would have found on our own, took us to a local restaurant for an authentic meal (not a tourist trap), and arranged visits to several wineries including small, family-run wineries throughout the day.
