Excellent from start to finish!

The booking process was easy to follow, the instructions about where and when to meet were great. We arrived at the meeting point and could see reserved tables, the staff behind the bar were very welcoming. The guide, John, was great from start to finish, really knowledgeable and made sure he kept moving around to talk to each group and sharing his knowledge of the venue and the beers. We tasted loads of different beers and every venue was welcoming and ready for us. We were a large group which...daha fazla oku

It was difficult to hear all that the Fell lady was saying due to the background noise. May I suggest the Brewery Tour sets up in the L shape on the left of the bar in future? Luckily we stopped off at Greggs to get a baguette on the way to the Fell. The other guys in the tour were very chatty and we got on well with them all. We had a very enjoyable experience and hig...daha fazla oku

Isla our guide couldn't have been more helpful and changed the walking route to the 2nd venue to help my brother who had the job of pushing me around 😊all day... Beer choice was excellent and personally Balance was really different in a good way. Cloudwater were very helpful as i...daha fazla oku
