+13 fotoğrafThis was a fun evening for my family. From meeting all the animals, to the beautiful table prepared for our visit, to the making of our own wine blend... It was a great learning experience. The "snacks" were super yummy. My family all agreed this was a great event.
Fantastic visit. We were in the cellar for an hour and a half. The owner told us the history of their company and then got into the heart of the tasting, through smells and flavors. We also created "our" bottle of Catarratto wine, personally bottled and labeled. Beautiful experience.
It was a great experience. We learned about the history and production methods of the winery. We could choose between red and white wine to taste. Using essential oils and fresh herbs our host showed us the different nuances of the four wines. We got some nice self made Bruschetta and Antipasti on the side of the tasting. Afterwards we could try to find our own blend of these 4 wines. This blend is then bottled and labeled uniquely - awesome evening!
Small family winery with really nice concept. Very different from large global wineries, and you get to see how things are done in smaller scale. We had wine tasting and some snacks/food, and bottling own blend.
We highly recommend this activity for wine lovers to spend time learning about the wine culture in this beautiful region. Host was very welcoming and the wine was excellent. You can choose between white or red variety and the food served was authentic and delightful. An experience we will truly treasure. Plus you get to take a bottle each home 😊
