Entertaining tour through Bamberg with "smoked beer" finish
It was a varied and entertaining tour through Bamberg's city center. In addition to lots of information about Bamberg and its history, there were a few little things to try. The focus was, of course, on specialties from Bamberg.

Bamberg is worth a visit at any time of year
We stayed at the Hotel Messerschmitt, a beautiful hotel with friendly and attentive staff.

Beautiful tour for the senses
We all really enjoyed the tour. The friendly tour guide told us lots of exciting historical facts about Bamberg's food history, which we were then able to experience (or rather taste ;)) through small samples. We were with a larger group and then went to the nearest beer cellar with plenty of appetite and good humor.
