***Lamma Cultural Walk & Hands-On Dumpling Wrapping Workshop*** Part I (1 hour) - This cultural walk is arranged by Stella, who is a local designer-artist and is a resident on the Island. - Experience this beautiful and unique Island of HK, with no cars, no chain stores, beautiful natural views, and friendly people... - Lamma Island has about 7000 residents from 80 cities around the world, so to understand its history and unique “local-international culture”, our tour route is not the one general tourists will take. - Visit a village which was established over a hundred years ago, including its Ancestral Hall and an old hidden well... - Get to know the unique Island lifestyle. Part II (2 hours) - Visit our little herb garden - Prepare Dumpling filings - Learn different wrapping styles, e.g. classic, goldfish, rose, bag ... - Create your own dumpling shapes - Steam & enjoy our dumpling meal - Enjoy a leisure meal time with a designer-artist and other participants (if any) in our beautiful garden.
