We had a fantastic 3 to 4 hour experience of learning how to make pasta and tasting various olive oils as well as different types of pesto. The course was led by Agata and Matteo who were thoroughly engaging and made us laugh for nearly 3 to 4 hours. The tasting was highly informative and the day finished with us eating the pasta that we had made, which was delicious. We booked a last-minute trip to Sicily and didn’t have much time to plan in advance. Yesterday, I realized I hadn’t arranged anything special for my 11-year-old’s birthday (aside from a family vacation in Sicily, of course!). My husband and I had a wonderful time tasting the flavors of Sicily. The “tour” is offered in English which was awesome! We enjoyed our hosts, Agatha and Rosalba, who were so personable and friendly. We only had one other couple in our session so everything was catered to our interests and preferences. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
