On this tour you will discover the delights of the downtown Sarasota food scene as you go on a leisurely walk with your personal guide! As you stroll to each of four carefully selected eateries, you will be entertained with local folklore, historical facts and stories where even we wonder~did that really happen? You will learn about our rich Ringling Brothers Circus history, the tension between the Native Indians and the Early Settlers; as well as how an unusual natural event derailed the first attempts at settlement; you will be introduced to our nationally recognized Street Art and Sarasota's first Brothel. Along the way, you may hear a ghost story too. This tour is an easy 3 hour walking tour.
