I'll share with you the secrets of my grandmother and my family for easily making delicious homemade pasta: tortelli, fettuccine or spaghetti, rigatoni, garganelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with eggs or water) and tasty bruschette classic and with Sicilian touch. And, Dulcis in Fundo (last but not least), I will reveal the recipe for my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend together a great and funny culinary time, taste our food and sharing stories, especially about food, which is one of favorite topics in Italy. And I will tell you many things about food, Milan and my homeland, Sicily.
