i'll teach you the secrets of Italian home cooking with a hands-on lesson in the private kitchen with my family because it allows you to fully dive into the local reality of the place you are visiting.

Dinner

Meet me at my house in central Bergamo. Over a drink and snack, we first chat about the daily menu and get to know each other. You are going to prepare some typical Italian recipes, using the freshest seasonal ingredients, and then basic cooking techniques to simply enhance the natural flavor of the food. We could prepare fresh pasta such as tagliatelle, casoncelli, lasagna and different sauces which are easy to do again at home (Bolognese, pesto, fish sauce). As an alternative, if you don't like pasta, we could prepare some traditional meat and seafood dishes or yeast products (pizza, focaccia, panzerotti ..) The menu also includes: - Welcome drinks (prosecco and snacks) - Starters (cheeses, salami and vegetables) - Wine - Dessert: Sicilian cannoli, tiramisu, panna cotta, babà with limoncello, strudel or profiteroles - Coffee and liqueurs After 2-3 hours of teamwork, we can enjoy our masterpieces at dinner accompanied with good Italian wine. During the dinner, I will tell you more about the origin of the dishes. We finish dinner or lunch with good Italian liquor and an espresso coffee.

Are you ready for real authentic Italian food from a real Italian family? Well then Michelle's Kitchen is the right experience for you. I went with my girlfriend and Michelle and his wife Vanda were super friendly and welcoming and we were made feel like we were part of their family. Fun in Bergamo, Italy 🇮🇹

Michele and his wife were wonderful! We took our time making pasta and drinking wine all while having fun conversation and listening to music. His home is nice and cozy and Michele is very knowledgeable in history and Italys culture. Would definitely do it again!

Cook like a local

Michele’s Kitchen was a wonderful cooking experience. He taught us how to make homemade pasta and we added ingredients to our desire. The cooking class was wonderful and sharing the meals with locals was excellent. I highly recommend.

Incredible cooking experience with wonderful people.

Michele and his lovely wife, Wanda were incredible hosts. Michele’s love for food and cooking and sharing his knowledge with us shined through. Michele reached out several times prior to the event and even offered a choice as to what we would prefer to make. He shared a family recipe with us and it was absolutely delicious.
