An afternoon at Eden Mill
A very friendly informative tour with Chris and tasted the range of gins with interesting mixers and garnishes. Learned all about the distillery, their focus on local suppliers and sustainability. The bar has a splendid view of the estuary and St Andrews the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a cocktail.
