With the help of a local teacher you will learn about all of the ingredients and methods to making your favorite Thai dishes. You will prepare 4 dishes of your choice and enjoy them with your fellow students. After the class you will recieve a 40 page PDF document fulll of recipies and descriptions of all ingedients used.

All cooking utensils and ingredents

After pick up grom your hotel we will visit the local market where the teacher will introduce which ingredients we will be using during the class. After we will proceed to our cooking studio where the teacher will guide you through the process of making delicious thai dishes.

Please wait in the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time between 3:15-3.45 PM. (We will start pickup time a bit earlier because of a bad taffic in evening) The driver will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The driver will arrive before 3.45 PM. (It might be late because of a taffic and the amount of pickup points as well) Pickup is offered to all the hotels in the old city, Santitham and Huay Keaw road from Kad Suan Keaw till Maya Shopping Mall. AND SOME AREAS of Nimmandhaemin Road, Sirimongkrajan Road, Wat Ket Road, Chang Pheuk, Changklan, and Changmoi. (Because some areas of those are far) We will check the address of your accommodation. If is not included in our transportation service, we will inform you and you need to get a transportation and come to cooking school or market by yourself. (You can also come by yourself, we will inform you about the avrrial time and send you the address of cooking school or the market)

Must do in Chiang mai

W me loved our Thai cooking experience with New! She was friendly, spoke very good English and did a great job describing and teaching us all about the flavours behind our favourite Thai dishes. Oh, and the dishes we made were delicious. Highly recommend!

New und ihre Kollegin haben uns eine tolle thailändische Kocherfahrung geschaffen, wir wurden von Anfang an alle mit dem Namen angesprochen, die Abholung verlief unkompliziert. Der Besuch auf dem Markt war interessant und das kochen und Essen hat Spaß gemacht und war gut. New und ihre Kollegin hat sich um alle Befindlichkeiten gekümmert und war sehr aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Abend.

Heerlijke Thaise gerechten van New

Deze kookworkshop is echt een aanrader. Op een hele relaxte manier kennis gemaakt met verschillende ingrediënten en technieken van de Thaise keuken. We mochten van tevoren allemaal vier gerechten doorgeven die ze ons ging leren. Wij hadden de workshop van New. Duidelijke uitleg, en we hebben allemaal heerlijke gerechten gemaakt. Aangezien je je eigen gerechten opeet, heb je gelijk je avondeten te pakken.

Super experience!

We did the evening workshop, new was our chef for the evening. The pick up from the hotel was well arranged. The food was very good and more than adequate. What you couldn't eat, you were allowed to take home. Afterwards, you get all the recipes, and even more dishes than you can choose from. You could also be dropped off where you wanted after class (hotel or Night Market for example)

Great experience with delicious food 🥣

We took the cooking class in the evening and were very happy to have participated. One could choose which dishes one would like to cook. Much was already prepared or pre-cut, so one could really focus on the preparation. We had a delightful and super tasty evening and would book a cooking class again at any time.
