Enjoy a private Tuscan cooking class set in a family Tuscan home boutique, overlooking the hills of Tuscany. One of the best ways to embrace the Italian culture is through a cooking class! No culinary experience in Italy is complete without diving into its rich wine tradition. So, get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to cook just like Tuscan grandmas and moms do. You'll prepare appetizers, pasta and dessert, using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chef selects recipes based on seasonality of the produce. You'll learn how to chop, braise, boil, cook and roast to create a complete Tuscan meal. In no time, you'll be able to recreate Italian traditional dishes at home and impress others with your newfound skills. After this hands-on cooking lesson, you'll sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, paired with Tuscan signature wines.

Private cooking class at a Tuscan house on the hills of Tuscany. You will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and into exquisite wines, which are renowned for their high quality and organic viticulture employed in their production. During the class, you will learn valuable tips and tricks about the Italian cuisine and how to get your way around an Italian kitchen, overlooking the vines of the estate. An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area! At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes. Your meals will be paired with the wines, produced by the estate hosting your cooking class. Your meals will be paired with the most praised and notable Tuscan wines. In addition, you will taste extra virgin olive oil, as it represents yet another appreciated product produced in Tuscany .

Fabulous experience, beautiful views and great wine!

Our tour guide was great, and she was so knowledgeable. The winery was beautiful and wines were amazing. The cooking class was a great experience and I learned so much! It was a delicious, beautiful day!

Wine, cooking pasta and Tuscany!

This was such a great experience. Belen our host was knowledgeable about history and culture. We enjoyed spending the day with her on this tour. We absolutely loved the vineyard and cooking class. We cannot wait to receive the recipes we cooked during the class, so we can try our new skills at home. I would absolutely recommend this trip to anyone interested in Italian wine and having a fun time learning some Italian pasta making techniques. What a lovely experience.

Very pleasant experience

Planning our trip to Italy my wife and I knew beforehand that we would soon be exhausted of conventional tourism. We wanted an experience that would really makes us feel we were in Tuscany and not just looking through a photo album! That's why we booked the cooking class in San Gimignano. We were delighted, undoubtedly the best day of our trip. Enotropea has done a great job at putting everything together. I highly recommend this tour.
