Our cooking class offers an authentic, hands-on experience that goes beyond just following recipes. You'll explore a bustling local market, uncover hidden culinary secrets, and learn traditional techniques passed down through generations. During the experience, you will indulge in a mini coffee tasting featuring Vietnam’s most beloved brews: salted coffee, egg coffee, and coconut coffee. Pick one of those types to enjoy as part of the dessert section. Plus, you'll savor homemade liquors, hear folk tales, and take home a recipe book—ensuring the flavors of Vietnam stay with you long after the class ends! Every passenger who books with us will contribute to our charity meals for pediatric patients in central Hanoi hospitals. At Dine With Locals, everything we do goes back to the communities we serve, and we cannot fulfill this important responsibility without you.

It's a delicious and fun cooking class.

The teacher's home was a cooking class, and it was a very clean and lovely space. The tableware was lovely too. Mango Sensei was knowledgeable about spices and taught in a bright and fun way. I made papaya salad, spring rolls, soup, and then had coconut coffee and salt coffee. Every dish was delicious, and I actually wanted to eat the food from this cooking class. I wish we could give 6 stars! This experience was the best part of our trip to Hanoi. Do not hesitate to book because you will not regret it! Mango and her team have so much knowledge… the food we prepared and ate was easily one of the best things we’ve ever made. Thank you so much! Best Cooking Class in Hanoi with Chef Mango

Best experience with Chef Mango! We made and ate the best meal of our entire Vietnam trip. Chef Mango is brilliant and a great teacher, also funny. Highly recommend this class!
