Nhung was an excellent guide and teacher for this cooking class. The class itself wasn’t vegetarian as we were the only vegetarians in the group but easily adapted. Made rice pancakes, spring rolls, and fried tofu and mushroom
Brilliant cooking class. They take us to a market first and explain the main ingredients of Vietnamese cooking, followed by a boat ride in the coconut boats to get to the cooking class. The chef explained everything very well and was friendly and funny. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend
We really enjoyed the afternoon! Lots of laughs, delicious cooking with super friendly staff. Would recommend this cooking class to everyone! The boat trip may sound very touristy, but it is a fantastic addition to your day!
