Then feed the cane tops to our 'sustainability team' - our friendly herd of cattle. Follow the farm to bottle journey from the fields to the still house, and learn how fresh sugarcane juice becomes Australia's best rum. Finish in the barrel house with a guided flight of our aged Husk Rum expressions.
