The best pasta making experience that you could possibly attend! Enzo the your operator and Serina and Gabriel the owners of the farm were helpful, professional and made the activity so much fun. The food that we ate at the dinner was farm fresh, 95% grown on their farm and 5% from their neighbors with was absolutely excellent and plentiful. This tour was absolutely amazing! We got to make pasta, cannolis, and learn so much about the farm. Enzo was a fantastic guide and made the experience so memorable. It was wonderful to meet others from all over the world. The food was fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Thank you Enzo for a wonderful experience and one of the many highlights of our trip to Calabria 💞 The farm/restaurant/shop that hosted this experience was a wonderful family run organic masseria in the Calabrian hills.. We learnt how to make traditional Fileja pasta and filled Cannolis before eating the most wonderful antipasti .. Enzo was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Calabrian’s organic farm to table produce and the staff at the masseria were so welcoming. A must do for food ...daha fazla oku
