Starting from scratch with simple, high-quality ingredients like flour and eggs, you’ll learn how to knead, roll, and shape the dough by hand. You’ll then prepare savory fillings and craft your own ravioli, along with ribbons of fettuccine ready to be paired with rich, authentic sauces made with seasonal ingredients.

Under the guidance of our passionate local chefs, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch — including two iconic shapes: fettuccine and filled ravioli. You’ll knead, roll, and shape your dough with your own hands, turning it into delicate sheets of fettuccine and delicious ravioli filled with seasonal ingredients. You’ll finish on a sweet note by making one of Italy’s most beloved desserts: tiramisu. Charming, historic and sensual experience

Book it! It’s work every penny and every minute.

This was so fun. Sam was a passionate and knowledgeable teacher-chef; her positive energy made the experience so much fun for even my teenage kids. Unlimited wine was nice too. I was expecting a “decent” wine, but it was really good. We made and ate our own pasta, ravioli and proper Italian tiramisu. I highly recommend this experience for solo or family travelers.

Excellent class!

We had a great time! When we got there, someone was outside asking if we are here for the pasta course, and checked our name and told us to head in. They asked everyone to wash their hands first and then once everyone was there the class started. Everything was explained well, the teacher was really good and helpful and we had a great time making the dishes! You eat exactly what you make, they label the plates with a number and whilst you wait for the pasta to be boiled by the chefs, the teacher...daha fazla oku

A fun experience for the whole family!!

We enjoyed the cooking class so much! We were a very big group with many different ages, and the instructors were so attentive to each person! Explaining in many languages, helping the kids, and sharing history as well as cooking advices. Very recommended!!

Unique experience

Very fun and unique experience. Our food turned out surprisingly good. Our chef/teacher (who had 9 brothers, I have lost his name) had enough energy for the whole room and more. He was helpful and friendly in addition to the humor and enthusiasm he shared.
