Alongside a local baker, you will learn how authentic baguettes are made — from preparing the dough and understanding fermentation to shaping, scoring, and baking using techniques practiced daily in French bakeries.
Throughout the experience, you will create three different baguette styles while discovering the secrets behind a perfect golden crust and open, airy crumb. Each style highlights a different aspect of the bread making process, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the craft.
Hosted in a working neighborhood bakery in Paris, this small-group experience is limited to 10 guests, ensuring a personal and truly hands-on atmosphere in a real boulangerie.

- Please note that the experience is priced per participant, and nearly all age groups are subject to the same rate due to the reservation of limited spots, use of premium baking materials, and hands-on participation in the workshop. Infants between 0–3 years old may join free of charge if they do not participate in the baking activities.
- The bakery is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or guests with special needs. Guests requiring specific accessibility arrangements are kindly asked to contact us in advance and opt for a private experience
- No previous baking experience is required. Guests will prepare dough and bake baguettes from scratch. Guests will be working closely with flour, dough, and bakery ovens throughout the workshop.
- This experience is not suitable for gluten allergies or severe flour sensitivities
- The workshop takes place inside a real working Parisian boulangerie.
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
