Guided by a passionate and knowledgeable sommelier, you will taste a selection of 5 wines from Independent Alsatian Winemakers, accompanied by gourmet food and wine pairings: salmon, foie gras, venison, and other carefully selected gastronomic specialties. Each association is designed to reveal the richness, finesse, and character of the wines, while highlighting the quality of the products presented. The tasting takes place in a historic space dating from 1585, for a unique experience blending Strasbourg heritage, Alsatian gastronomy, and the expertise of Independent Vintners.
