Really excellent morning. Well worth doing. We made our own fresh pasta and then the host prepared it and served it with some wine. A small group.

Each participant prepares the pasta with their own hands, discovering traditional techniques not found in classic tourist courses. During this experience you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta DA scratch, kneading and creating different traditional Italian formats with the help of an Expert chef. After shaping the pasta, we will cook and taste it together with typical seasonings. The activity is practical, fun and suitable for everyone, and at the end you will bring with you recipes and techniques for making pasta at home.

Best pasta making class!
Andreas pasta making class was nothing short of amazing! Truly the best pasta dishes we have ever had. The class was inside her beautiful home in Genoa. Andrea introduced us to unique and authentic pasta shapes with her homemade sauces. She also gave us recommendations on where to explore in Genoa. Absolutely delicious meals, 10000/10 recommend.

Can't wait to make more pasta!
I never knew making pasta was so easy. We had an amazing time getting our hands dirty with dough. Then the final product with the delicious preparations by Palo brought it over the top delicious.
